All items are packed in a Rōff Jewellery giftbox and will be send out with a tracking code, that I will provide for you.
Roff Jewellery is not responsible when a shipment goes missing in the mail or for the extra costs or taxes due to import or customs fees.

Please understand that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at the checkout.
All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you order a personalized item or a custom product, the time to fabricate it can vary depending on how busy I am, but I will always communicate the details with you.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and take up to 1-3 days (for The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany), 3-12 days for Europe, 5-15 days for Asia, 9-13 days for Australia, 15-25 days for Africa, 7-25 days for South America, 7-15 days for North America.
Note: These shipping times are estimates, not including delays due to the Covid pandemic or other.

I offer international shipping to most countries.
At this time, PostNl does not allow shipping to the following countries:
American Virgins Islands, Anguilla, Bahama's, Belize, Bhutan, Brunei, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guinee-Bissau, Guyana, Jemen, Laos, Libya, Montserrat, SaoTome & Principe, Syria, Tadzjikistan, Turkmenistan, Venezuela and South Sudan.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
