Astrophyllite ring

I'm always on the hunt for beautiful gemstones, looking out for that ''wow'' effect.

I certainly gasped for air when I came across this beautiful specimen.

To be fair I had never even heard of astrophyllite, as it turnes out it is quite a rare mineral and is only found on a few places on earth.

Astrophyllite is also known as a gateway to the stars; just look at the beautiful glimmering gold and bronze starbursts of light that this unique gemstone holds.

Materials:

- The astrophyllite gemstone is 3 cm (1.18 inch) across.

- Gemstone is set in a 925 sterling silver bezel.

- Open back 10 mm wide ringband, adjustable size.

- The back of this handmade ring and the ring have a rich texture.

- Only 925 Sterling silver was used in this design ( nickel free)
