Atlantisite, peridot and amethyst necklace

0 star rating

Multi stone necklace

I was thrilled when I found this amazing atlantisite gemstone!

Atlantisite is a composition of purple stichtite in green serpentine and is usually found in Australia.

At first I wanted to make a ring with this beautiful stone, but sometimes the stone decides differently: it just didn’t look right sitting on a shank all by itself, so I decided to look for other stones to combine with the purples and greens of this atlantiste.

My favourite green stone at the moment is peridot, and I had a lovely square facetted one in my stash.

The third stone in this contemporary necklace had to be this lovely shiny tiny amethyst.

All three stones are set in sterling silver bezels and the pendant is adorned with lots of silver granules for an extra sparkle.
